Sessions & Fees

I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation via telephone or Zoom. This will give us a chance to discuss what has brought you to the decision to have therapy. We will be able to ask each other questions and see whether and how we might work together.

Our First Session

Should you decide to begin therapy, we will arrange a session together with no obligation to continue. Therapy is not always the solution for everyone, and this first session will give you the opportunity to explore how it works and to ask further questions which will help you to decide whether it is the right thing for you at the moment.

If you decide that you might require a different sort of support, I will assist you as best I can to find an appropriate service.

Sessions are usually scheduled for the same time each week.

Fees

£70 for on-line sessions.
£95 for in-person sessions at The White Hart Clinic, Barnes, London SW13 0PY. https://www.whitehartclinic.co.uk/ In-person sessions are currently available on a Wednesday between 2pm-8pm.

The sessions last 50-minutes. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is chargeable at the full session rate.
